How does Thalian's AI agent governance work?

Thalian classifies Okta AI Agents as a first-class identity tier, separate from humans and traditional service accounts. NHI-specific detection rules surface unclassified agents matching naming patterns like LangChain, CrewAI, Gumloop, and n8n, and flag uncontrolled growth when agents exceed 20% of your workforce. Findings map to NIST CSF 2.0 PR.AA-01 and ISO 42001 Annex A controls. Full rule list at docs.thalian.ai.

Is Thalian SOC 2 certified?

Not yet certified. We are transparent about that. SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress. Controls documentation, infrastructure overview, and current security posture are available on request. See thalian.ai/security for what is already in place.

What is a Founding Partner?

One of the first 25 organizations to commit to an annual Thalian plan at the founding rate. It is a permanent pricing arrangement, not a trial or promotional discount. You get the same product as any other subscriber, plus the benefits listed above.

How does Thalian connect to my tools?

Via OAuth or API keys with read-only access by default. Thalian reads metadata and access signals. It never stores passwords, file contents, or message data. Write access is only used when you explicitly trigger a remediation action. You can disconnect any integration at any time. Full details at thalian.ai/security.

What are the renewal and cancellation terms?

Annual plan, billed once per year. Your founding rate applies on every renewal. It does not revert to standard pricing. Cancel before your renewal date and you will not be charged again. No multi-year lock-in required.

What happens when 25 Founding Partners sign?

The Founding Rate closes. Standard pricing applies to all future customers. Existing Founding Partners keep their rate on every renewal going forward.

Is there a referral benefit?

Yes. Refer another organization that becomes a Founding Partner and receive a one-month credit toward your next renewal. No cap on referrals.
